Chronicle Supposing Books Christmas at Tiffany's (At Tiffany's #1)

Three cities. Three seasons. One chance to find the life that fits.

Cassie settled down too young, marrying her first serious boyfriend. Now, ten years later, she is betrayed and broken. With her marriage in tatters and no career or home of her own, she needs to work out where she belongs in the world and who she really is.

So begins a year-long trial as Cassie leaves her sheltered life in rural Scotland to stay with each of her best friends in the most glamorous cities in the world: New York, Paris and London. Exchanging grouse moor and mousy hair for low-carb diets and high-end highlights, Cassie tries on each city for size as she attempts to track down the life she was supposed to have been leading, and with it, the man who was supposed to love her all along.

Write Up Of Books Christmas at Tiffany's (At Tiffany's #1)
Cassie has been married for ten years living in Scotland with Gil her husband. On there tenth anniversary she finds out a secret that one of her friends already knew. Now in New York for the first season with her friend Kelly. I find myself only being interested in the sights and Henry. I love Henry's notes to do in the city. Next is Paris for the next four months this was my favourite section. Henry's lists again were a highlight and I loved Claude it was so sad what happened to him.Lastly is

For days, my blogging readers have fallen for the clues I have left behind thinking I have traveled to New York, Paris, Venice and London, but in reality I have simply been sharing some of the incredible insights I have gotten from Karen Swan's latest novel Christmas at Tiffany's. I found myself looking up interesting tidbits as I came across them to get a real feel for the places Cassie Fraiser finds herself traveling to. From the sparkling water drinking fountains in Paris, to the famous Kiss

This was the first book I've read by this author and I did quite enjoy it but it was up and down and had parts I wasn't so keen on. Cassis leaves her husband after being betrayed and she spends time in New York with one friend and time in Paris then London with other friends. Can she settle down and find love or does she move around different men.

I never expected to enjoy this book as much as I did! As you can read from the synopsis, this is the story of a woman whose marriage falls apart, so she agrees to spend 4 months with each of her 3 best friends in their respective cities (New York, Paris, and London) to try to "find" herself and figure out what she wants to do with the rest of her life. There were a few things about the story that bugged me -- like everyone wanting to turn Cassie into a different person in both looks and actions.

4,5 starsThis is the story about a woman who has to find herself again. After ten years of marriage, on her anniversary party, Cassie finds out the ugly truth: her godson is a lovechild of her husband and her best friend. What does she do?She leaves him and goes on a year long search for her truth-self.Where?To three different cities that happen to be three leading places when it comes to fashion industry: New York, Paris and London. In every city, she has a friend she will stay with.In New York,

I started reading this book thinking it was going to be a perfect December read and all Christmassy and snowy themed, to help make me feel all festive. So I was a tad surprised to discover that, despite the books title and aside from a few pages, this was more of a general chick lit/romance book.In saying that it was a nice fluffy read - sugary sweet like a box of Roses chocolates - surprisingly it was also imbued with intelligence and well crafted writing and a step above a lot of other books

Really enjoyed this book. Easy to read but very hard to put down.
