    A wall of fire protects the inexperienced villagers of Second Eden from a planned invasion of dragons and Nephilim, but how long will the flames last? Billy, Walter, Ashley, Elam, and the faithful dragons help the people prepare, but they are woefully outnumbered and will have to go back to Earth and recruit the humans who have the ability to revert to their former dragon states. In search of aid, Billy escorts Acacia, an Oracle of Fire, through a dangerous volcano portal.
    Meanwhile, Sapphira, Acacia’s Oracle sister, stays in the underworld with Bonnie and Shiloh, waiting for the signal to emerge and join the battle. With Hades and Earth locked in a catastrophic merging of their two realms, Arramos, evil incarnate, plans to use Bonnie to add Second Eden to the merging of the worlds, thereby drawing his forces to Heaven’s Gate, where he hopes to gain access to divine authority.

Wow. It was the most beautiful ending to any series I have ever read in my life. It seemed completed, like every loose end was tied up. It was incredibly satisfying. oh this was SO good! i love all the spiritual stuff in it. thanks bryan davis, it was great-although a littlr confusing at parts, though that ny be due to me stopping in the middle of the series-well the next book wasn't out..--so yeah, if you haven't read this and i know you, and you aren't reading anything else... well read it!



I LOVE THIS BOOK! After reading all three of the Dragons In Our Midst series, Ive decided this is my favorite. For starters, its long! (The best kind of books!) It has good messages, but also lots of battles and action going on which makes it more interesting. I finished the first part of the book and started the "part two" and what do you know, it's four years later and the teen age characters are now adults. now I call that cheating! you skip a lot and it doesn't even seem right considering in part one they were getting ready for a war that was going to break out SOON but it took four years for it to actually happen and then you've got these other characters that are
