It has been a very long time since I read a medical thriller. In fact, some of the first adult books I ever read were Robin Cooks wonderful medical thrillers. You know a book is really good when you read it all in one sitting. Good choice from the Hay-on-Wye crime and thriller bookshop that James and I stumbled upon back in August. Not an author I had read before, but from the cover it sounded like something I might enjoy I did! It was quite a complex story for a debut novel....and I'm not entirely sure I liked the ending and who ended up being the main crim....but overall, an entertaining read.
