Underestimated Too opens with Morgan and Drew living a happy life with their first child, Nicholas. On the surface, all appears to be under control but Drew and Morgan quickly fall into the same destructive patterns as before. The biggest change is now they are parents and how Drews violent behavior will affect their son. With many questions still looming from Underestimated, primarily about Drews past, the story continues as told in Drews words during counseling sessions with their chosenWhy oh why do I love Drew? I don't know, but I do and at the same time I don't. I'll admit there were a few times during this book that I REALLY didn't. (Honestly, even more than in book 1 which is surprising) But when all is said and done...I do love him.I love what Jettie gave us in UNDERESTIMATED TOO. I loved learning about Drew's past. It explained a lot about his behavior--that doesn't mean it excused some of it. I really, really, really, like the kinky Drew. It's the other side of Drew
Jettie YOU DID IT AGAIN!!!When I read the first page, I was OMFG... What have you done??? WTF??? I need to read chapter 1 twice, to make sure that I understand what was happened...BUT, Jettie you are a genius! I didn't read the same story with another POV I was reading a new story! For that: congratulations!Be prepare readers... It's hard... Really hard... I can't put it down! I cried, I laugh, I was sad, I was happy, I was angry... I feel EVERYTHING... Wow....very frustrating book....this picks up 6 months (I think) after the end of book 1. Most of the book is from Drew's POV. We find out more about him and his past...which is totally messed up. (Still no excuse for the abuse that he inflicted on his wife). The strange part is, that though he is an abuser, I liked him better than I liked her (Morgan). She got on my nerves BIG time. She is an abused wife, yet continues to make excuses for her husband. I could have gotten over that....what
DNF.......40%I knew this book was a dark one read - which I normally love - I had high hopes and been waiting for it for a while, and there were a lot of high ratings that gave me high expectations too.But I never expected it to sicken and infuriate me that freakin' much!!! - My thoughts before reading were..."Drew's past? YaY! Finally I get to know him better after I warmed to him at the last part in book 1.But after reading the book, it was like I've been slapped on my face!Let me
